Ordinance to denotation : String of flippancy

Why is that Indian media and Congress become languish and stifled on every statement given by Narendra Modi and then they say they don’t care about the apotheosis of NaMo!! Why is this turmoil?

Indian media has slouched beyond par level to tarnish BJP’s image and shield Gandhi family and Congress party. UPA as an alliance has made a chronicle of scams which has submerged the Nation. Instead of highlighting and countering UPA, the media is clutched at Godhra incident. An incident which is like labyrinth, no one clearly knows that who initiated, who added fuel to the fire but yes the World knows that whose efforts brought halt to it. It was none other than the CM of Gujarat, Narendra Modi. Last one decade has witnessed the downfall of Congress and escalation of Narendra modi who has outshined as proficient leader.

In between all the ongoing controversies our PM has maintained a consistency of silence. It seems that the dictatorship of Gandhi family has put him under encumbrance to follow the orders blindly. Recently, UPA government made a move on an ordinance to protect the convicted law-makers. While our worthy PM was on an International tour, the silk-stalked vice-president of the Congress party called a conference and declared the ordinance as sheer nonsense which should be torn and thrown away. Is this not DISRESPECT to PM? In an indirect way the vice-president of the ruling party is giving a message that their own PM is inefficient to make a good ordinance.

It is a fact that UPA is an alliance that tunes on the fingers of Gandhi family. How is this possible that an ordinance is concocted without the consent of the president and the vice-president of the party!! Was this tale hammered to project the prince as leader of and for the people? Well, we the Indians might be idiots (as said by Katju) but sadly we are smart enough to decipher the dramaturgy.

Rahul Gandhi speaking against our PM is disgrace and ignominy to the discipline of the Constitution. Also, it leaves a hint as to what is the value of PM in his own party and what etiquettes do Rahul Gandhi posses. Media and Congress party leaders buffered the fiasco by saying Rahul Gandhi as “leader for the people”. Where as they are always ready to make mountain out of a molehill when it comes to Modi- Advani issue.

PM, Manmohan Singh while on his visit to US for United Nation General Elections condemned the terror attack on Army Base camp, Jammu. He targeted Pakistan’s PM and in return Nawaz sharif called him “dehati aurat” in a close meeting with two journalists. Giving such an opprobrious remark at diplomatic level is mortification of the Nation. Congress ignored the depravity as if it was a minor-league. The news was trending on social media and the video where Hamid Mir was narrating the incident went viral on social networking sites.

Narendra Modi in his rally at Delhi vilified the remark and reproached Pakistan PM veraciously. While doing this he also accused Congress for the same as they themselves trifle their leader. NaMo supported the PM by saying that no one in this World has right to point at our Prime Minister. He also said that India should not tolerate this and should act precisely towards our neighbouring country. Narendra Modi supported the leader of the same party whose MP’s wrote letter to Obama for denying visa to NaMo.

Soon after this, Congress started imputing the leader who openly supported the PM by keeping aside his political ideologies. But Congress leaders and Media could not digest this aristocratic behaviour and started their cheap, maligning tricks. Where India should stand united when it comes to International issues, the Congress Party and Media was seen yelling against NaMo by omitting the disrespect done to our PM.

According to media and Congress party, Nawaz Sharif has given articulated an example to express what he felt when our PM talked to Obama about the attack. But this theory was not applicable when Narendra Modi once tried to illustrate the Godhra incident through “Puppy” analogy. Well, the situations are same but the leaders are different. Indian Media always try their best to taint NaMo’s image with their sleazy logics.

The fear in the Congress party is clearly evident from their fallacious and lousy acts. They are well aware of the fact that Narendra Modi has emerged as jewel of the politics in the eyes of the youth in a Nation where 65% of the people are below the age of 35 years. Both Congress and NaMo had 10 years to prove themselves in good governance. Sadly, Congress hoodwinked the trust of the people where as Gujarat is now a developed and prosperous state.

The inelegant and raunchy acts by Congress are actually cherry on NaMo’s elevation. The real picture of Congress which was masked till date is now flagrant and people are also seeing the substandards of the party they chose twice. But now people are looking forward towards the coming elections that might mark the beginning on new era in history of India, an era of progression.

COMBAT FEAR: AN ENDOPARASITE

Fear is a psychological illusion about losing, be it thing, person, achievement, money or what! On one hand, it is important to posses some amount of it. Whereas, other side of coin says it is the worst thing that  gradually eats up the confidence of flourishing mind. It is never inherited, always provocative by past. Life teaches us lessons. Sometimes it is expected and other times it is all the way surprise, be good or bad.
Nothing is permanent in life and neither life itself. We are here to cross the long journey from birth to death. Handling things in between is life. Bad things happen. Some pass on with lesson and others just lessen our lives. That is the time when we develop fear of repeat telecast. Every step thereafter is put on with great caution. Being strong for our loved ones in tough times, does not mean that we are really stout.

Losing favorite toy is not less than experiencing torment for a kid. It is not only a toy but his companion.

Ask about losing a loved one, who used to see their lives in them. Person lost, is something u can never get back the same. Or at times, you will never see them again. They are gone, forever! Heart whose dreams are shattered, words were left unspoken and ample questions unanswered. Why is life that harsh? Life full of complains and stress but without any answer.
Why not the fear will develop then? But, remember this is not the end. Look back upon the memories, cherish them. Glorify with your endless love and affection. Someone is still there with you, in your heart. So lively and spirited.

Ask a man, who toiled his sweat and blood to build up his life. Just a small mistake or a blow and things are turned upside down. What can be more distressing than to see his own family crying for small deeds? The family who trusts him, still wholly depends on him. Condition becomes disastrous when not just luxuries but basic amenities are also lost. Meeting the two ends of the day is not less than fighting war. Worst of all is losing your home !!
Home, that is always your world, close to the heart, a prized possession. Nomatter, how small or big it is. Sitting alone then, away from your place, sometime an urge will always be there to know how is it now? Is anyone looking like it as we use to ? Is someone nurturing it the same way ? Who will now be playing in the yard where I use to be the king. Small fights, small plays but big memories! It is like leaving behind an important part of your body. Although, it can be build again but shadows are never gone.

Days turn into nights and then nightmares. Everything seems to come to an end, hopeless! No one ever dreams about bad times and what when we have to face it. Just a thought, give goosebumps. Unfortunately, this is life. Many broken hearts think of jumping over other side of life, that is death!! An unnatural death that will be because of shear stress.  Fortunately, there will be brave soul who will fight with this time, gather all of their strength to give a new start.

This new start is the crucial step. As it not only lacks resources but is also deficient in courage, faith, sureness. Every step is bound with confusion, hesitancy, burden to fulfill dreams and to rejuvenate happiness. Ample of mouths are ready for criticisms but barely any hand to help, except that of our loved ones. Life is dragging back and pushing ahead as well. Each passing day is like climbing a mountain barefoot without support. But with passage of time, nonstop hard work and blessings, life starts blooming into colors.

Worries should not be allowed to peep in. If you have solution to problem, then why to worry? If u know that there is no way to resolve it, then also no point of worrying. Give smile to your problems; think about them with relaxed mind. A ray of hope with an answer is always there.

With advent of life, there comes a time when uphill battling soul needs support, hand to hold, shoulder to rest. That enduring soul has a feeble heart. A heart that is timid.

What says this feeble heart?

“I live for everyone, in fine feather for wiping your tears. But when
it comes to me, I am actually a loner, deep inside. Need a lap that
shelter me, assures me that all will be fine and nothing is wrong.
Life is great and you are doing tremendous job. I need little
appreciation to boost my morale not sympathy.”

But it is always difficult to combat that fear of losing life yet again. No matter, how the time is ‘This shall too pass.’ Live it before it passes off. Break the coconut cover. Don’t hide inside snail shell, come out when u have a chance. Live for yourself then. Speak out your heart truly; get all the well deserved love. Give wings to your dreams, feel light. Share your sorrows; get your tears wiped off. Give yourself in some hands, hands that will pamper u like a baby. Love you through the core. Destiny is decided but living with fear of bad luck will ruin your present. Live a bigger life. Add life to your days, enjoy the change!! Slice your responsibilities; lessen the burden of your shoulders. Let your heart know that life is really beautiful and livable. Welcome it with open arms, give your time, donate a part of your life to create best ever memories. Live it with someone and for the one because somehow, “Loneliness is the ultimate poverty!”

Way to Health and so heaven right on Earth :)

It is never late to say ourselves fit, fine and healthy. We, ourselves are our only teacher and motivation. Determination, honest mind and being brutal are important ingredients of weight loss programme.

Why should we loose weight and keep our body parameteres with in range ?

Life could have been much easier if calories did not exist. Unfortunately, calories and health do not go hand-in-hand. I believe calories are the enemies that come in night and sew our clothes tight . To fight these enemies we need "Health." So, lets train our buddy called health, who can help us win over every diseased state and will surely screw the calories.

What is Health ?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Healthy mind resides in healthy body. For a happy life, free from unusual stress and anxiety it is very important to have sound, rejuvenating body. It is increasingly recognized that health is maintained and improved through the efforts and intelligent lifestyle choices of the individual and society. Just eating can be deleterious. So, it is the correct eating habits that make up healthy body. Now the question is "What is mantra of healthy eating ?"
  • 5 meals a day to keep metabolism active is the answer.
This means instead of having 3 big meals, we should divide into smaller meals at gap of 2-3 hours.
  • Water should be our best friend.
Most of us are unaware of the fact that water is the basic body component. All the metabolic activities are carried out in water ground matrix. Even, our mind works faster when water levels are adequate as it act as a good transmitter.
  • High fiber, my second buddy.
Following water, high roughage diet is the next good thing we can do to ourselves. It is not only a good filler, but also helps in easy clearing of food products and fats. Salad taken half an hour before main meal can ease it.
  • Dont say no to oil.
It may sound very strange and for a second mind says "what are u talking of ?" But yes, never say no to oil or oily foods. Oil are important component of cell, as is water. Correct combination comprising of one part each of ghee, refined oil and mustard is best and widely accepted. One part= 1-2 teaspoons.
  • Workouts :/
Not at all easy to start, & noways pleasing to ears is workouts. There is no shortcut to loose weight. Active workout, 5-6 days/week are important to loose weight. Whereas, for maintainance, 3-4 days/week is fine.
  • "Daadi-Naani ke nusakhe: Golden Medicine."
No matter, how far sciences can go, small home remedies are always catalyst to healthy lives. These include green teas, black coffees, apple vinegar, honey in lukewarm water and so on.

Now comes, what and how ?

  • Start your day with healthy jerks and kicks of workouts. Workout should be systemic. 20 minutes moderate jog followed by 25-30 minutes of honest exercises is must.
  • Relieve your exertion with green tea+pinch of coffee in lukewarm, sugarfree water.
  • Breakfast should be healthy and filling. You can have variety of food in rotation that will not let u get bored. Options are oatmeals, vegetable dalia, brown bread sandwich, poha, stuffed chapati, idli with or without tea/coffee/milk without sweetener.
  • Munch something healthy after 2-3 hours. Popcorns, roasted channa, sprouts, small fruit, roasted chidwa gives best munching sounds.
  • Salad before lunch, one full plate. Then fill your partially filled tummy with part of rice, one chapati, one katori healthy vegetable/dal and curd.
  • Evening tea for addicts with mariegold biscuits.
  • Mid-evening yummy salad fill the tummy all for good. Prefer dinner to be lightest meal. Avoid cereal, go for vegetables.

Do's and Dont's:
  • Water, 2-3 lts/day.
  • More fruits and so the vegetables.
  • No to carb rich foods.
  • No raw salt on salad or fruits.
  • No sugar.
  • No dals/pulses/paneer/saag/spinach at night.

Adding several foods that fight high cholesterol in different ways should work better than focusing on one or two. The portfolio includes margarine enriched with plant sterols; oats, barley, psyllium, all rich in soluble fiber; soy protein; and whole almonds added to a diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains instead of highly refined ones, and protein mostly from plants.

A diet that is heavy on fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts is good for the body in ways beyond lowering cholesterol. It keeps blood pressure in check. It helps arteries stay flexible and responsive. It's good for bones and digestive health, for vision and mental health. That's a portfolio worth protecting.
